About the Founders

The Brand Building Design System was created by Jolene and Long of Bettermade Design Agency to help B2B SaaS companies communicate their value propositions consistently. With 20 years of combined experience in design, tech, and even a bakery, they understand the challenge of turning complex products into compelling visuals. So, they made this tool to support companies’ growth.

Long and Jolene call Sydney home, where they're raising two kids and a cat. When not building brand systems, Jolene builds muscle at the gym. Long picked up tennis last year and is eyeing a local tournament—pursuing challenges both in work and personal life.
