OVERVIEW
Following a successful Series C round, Practice Ignition has rebranded as "Ignition" reflecting its expansion from a proposal and payment automation solution to a client engagement and commerce platform.
In order to satisfy the needs of a growing and diverse customer base around the world, Ignition approached us to work on revamping the website. Professionals around the world can reimagine the way they do business in the digital world with Ignition.
The website retells a compelling story about how business is simplified, taps into a strong and knowledgeable community, and attracts top talent to work for the company.
PLANNING
Several content planning workshops were held with Ignition's team leads. Following that, we created several user journey maps so that we could visualize how to present content logically across the site.
WIREFRAMES
We created high-fidelity wireframes to ensure that each page contains all the necessary information to help the prospect make a purchasing decision.
DESIGN
Having agreed on content and user flow across the teams, we then move onto implementing their new branding in the designs. We work closely with Ignition's design team to ensure design elements are aligned across the product, website, and digital marketing collateral.
Working together with Ignition’s internal team, we created a robust design system in Figma to enable the team to rapidly produce valuable content to for the community.
BRAND SUPPORT
Before its brand launch, Ignition had a number of assets that needed updating. Our team assisted with social media, eDM templates, website heroes, and additional pages for the website launch.
The planning and prioritizing of all those additional brand elements is useful for establishing consistency across the Ignition experience quickly.
PROJECT SCOPE
For Ignition App, we focused on boosting their online presence with smart design and content solutions. We set up solid design systems to keep their brand looking sharp across all digital platforms. Then, we mapped out a content plan to clearly show what makes Ignition valuable to their users. The big piece was building a website that looks great on any device - phone, tablet, or desktop. This new site doesn't just show off Ignition's brand; it makes life easier for users, putting everything they need right at their fingertips. By bringing together sleek design, strategic content, and a user-friendly website, we helped Ignition create an online presence that clicks with their audience and gives them an edge in the market.
