License Agreement for Brand Building Design System

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Brand Building Design System ("BBDS"), including its free version, created and owned by Locojoco Pty Ltd (ABN 27 651 130 915) trading as "Bettermade" ("Licensor"). By downloading or using BBDS, you ("Licensee") agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

✅ Go ahead and: • Use BBDS in as many projects as you want, whether they're for you or your clients. • Customize BBDS to fit your needs in websites, social media, marketing channels etc.
❌ But please don't: • Sell, share, or distribute BBDS or any part of it.Use BBDS to create other design systems, templates, or UI kits for resale or free distribution. • Post BBDS files online or make them publicly accessible. • Participate in "group buys" or share the files with unlicensed users.
In Simple Terms: Feel free to use BBDS for any project, just don’t share or sell it as your own. Play fair and keep it within the rules, and we’re all good!
1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use BBDS for personal and commercial projects.
2. Permitted Uses
Licensee may:
a) Use BBDS in unlimited projects for themselves or their clients.
b) Incorporate BBDS into commercial products, including websites, applications, and other digital assets.
c) Modify BBDS to suit project requirements.
3. Restrictions
Licensee shall not:
a) Sell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer BBDS or any portion thereof.
b) Incorporate BBDS into any UI kit, library, template, or framework for redistribution.
c) Make BBDS or any of its components publicly available or accessible online.
d) Participate in or organize "group buys" involving BBDS.
e) Use BBDS to create competing products or design systems.
4. Ownership and Copyright
BBDS remains the exclusive property of Locojoco Pty Ltd trading as Bettermade. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to Licensee.
5. Termination
Licensor reserves the right to terminate this license if Licensee breaches any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of BBDS and destroy all copies in their possession.
6. Liability Limitation
Locojoco Pty Ltd's liability for any claims arising from the use of BBDS is limited to the amount paid by Licensee for the product. Licensor shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages.
7. Legal Compliance
Licensee agrees to use BBDS in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

9. Acceptance of Terms

This License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensor and Licensee regarding the use of BBDS and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
